Refund Policy

14-day satisfaction window
If you enroll in the #LockedIn Founding Cohort or the Match Mode Dashboard and decide it is not the right fit, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full, less any 1:1 coaching sessions already delivered. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable because the materials are delivered digitally and immediately.
Installment plans
Cancelling within the 14-day window stops all future installments and refunds what you have paid. After the window, remaining installments stay due for the full plan term, and access continues through that term.
Coaching and strategy calls
Strategy call deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you do not cancel in time or do not attend, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits applied as credit toward a larger program follow that program's refund window.
Free resources
The Residency Roadmap and the Match Readiness Assessment are free — nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@successindoses.com from the address you used at checkout, with your name and what you purchased. We respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No outcome guarantee
Refunds are not available on the basis of match results. We provide preparation and coaching; we do not guarantee interviews, rankings, or a match.
