Who we are

ReziPrep360 (“we”, “us”) provides educational residency-preparation resources, assessments, and coaching for pharmacy students and graduates. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Questions? Email hello@successindoses.com.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), pharmacy school, graduation year, residency interests, and the answers and reflections you enter in the Match Readiness Assessment or onboarding.
• Account information: if you create a dashboard account, your email and profile details, including data supplied by Google when you sign in with Google.
• Purchase information: when you buy a program, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage information: pages viewed, assessment steps completed, and clicks on key buttons, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser. We use this only to understand and improve the experience.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your assessment results and recommendations.
• To send the resources you request and, if you consented, program emails.
• To provide coaching, dashboard access, and customer support.
• To process payments and honor discounts or credits you have earned.
• To measure how the site performs so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your assessment answers with residency programs, schools, or employers.

Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us operate: our hosting and database provider, Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), our email delivery provider, and Twilio (notifications to our team). Each processes data on our behalf under its own security commitments.

Email and text messages

We email you only about resources you requested or programs you joined, plus optional educational content when you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Text messages are sent only with your explicit consent; reply STOP to opt out.

Retention and security

We keep assessment and account data while your relationship with us is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping. Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure, and access is limited to the people who need it. Result links are unguessable, single-purpose URLs — treat yours as private.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@successindoses.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data may end access to purchased programs.

Children

Our services are intended for pharmacy students and graduates aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
